Le Faucigny - Hotel De Charme & Spa - Chamonix

It is a charming hotel with a friendly and helpful staff and a good afternoon tea with homemade snacks!

Stylish, 3-star hotel with exceptionally nice staff and free wifi. Marvellous location very close to Le Brevent Cable Car. Beautiful area with bars and cafes very close to the property. Great to have a lobby restaurant for breakfast.

The friendly and accommodating staff and the interior design

I enjoyed my stay with a fantastic spa setup that included a hot tub and sauna, as well as complimentary coffee all day. However, the room size was quite tight for what I paid.

spa area was clean and pleasant but rather small - room was more expensive for what it offered and not incl breakfast. nearby hotel looked alos good but offered at half the price. The decore of grey and red is not warm and freindly colour - needs to be a sunnier look

Very friendly staff and great location. We requested a room with a view which we got, and enjoyed our stay in Chamonix. Great having the tea, coffee, biscuits available in the lounge. Would recommend this hotel to others.

Maybe the noise from the stairs as our room was close to these and could hear people coming and going.

Foodie heaven! Strolling through Chamonix, I devoured pain au chocolat at Patisserie Richard and relished a good meal at Le Cap Horn-fresh seafood galore! The spa was a perfect escape after a day on the slopes. My room had a cozy view, made sipping wine as the sun set a total joy.

But let's keep it real, upon entering, a fly buzzed around, and to my shock, I found a live cockroach in the bathroom. For 170 Euros a night, I expected better! The staff was apologetic, but a little discount would have gone a long way. Still, the charm of the area was great.

The place is modern, the staff are excellent and extremely friendly.

The room is large and stylish, comes with almost non-existent ventilation, bathtub, as for instance.

The really good views of Mont Blanc added a amazing backdrop to our stay, while the staff, especially Matthew, provided invaluable insights into local experiences. Afternoon tea with gourmet sandwiches and homemade cakes was a good surprise. On the downside, the parking situation was quite limiting, and the morning rain dampened outdoor plans. Despite hoping for a bit more variety in the warm breakfast selections, we enjoyed the robust breakfast offerings was good.

Reliable and kind service, comfortable room with relaxing color, you cannot miss it while coming to Chamonix.

The hotel design is really fashion. The hotel is just 5-min walk to the station. Everything is beyond the expectation.

Recommended for couples seeking charm

The breakfast was a real highlight, I loved the variety-breads and pastries, even scrambled eggs and bacon, you won't go hungry here. The spa area wasn't a big deal, but having the jacuzzi to ourselves more than made up for it. We enjoyed our own little slice of relaxation after a long day on the slopes.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for the charm and location it's acceptable.
